CODE OF CONDUCT

Members shall adhere to FRCC the below rules of personal conduct. Non-compliance is deemed a cause for discipline. This discipline shall consist of any/all of the following: oral reprimand, written reprimand, fine, suspension, or revocation of membership.

Members shall ride their bicycles with utmost safety and not violate any law regarding the same. They shall wear an approved cycling helmet at all times when upon their bicycle. Members shall maintain their bicycles, and related equipment, in proper and safe working order.

Members shall not violate any local, County, State, or Federal law.

Members shall not use illegal substances for any purpose, including performance enhancement.

Members shall assist with the promotion of the FRCC to the best of their ability. This includes wearing CURRENT cycling “kits” which are to be maintained in proper and clean condition.

Members shall conduct themselves in a reasonable and proper manner. This includes refraining from the usage of inappropriate or vulgar language while at FRCC activities or while participating in activities hosted by other entities.

Members shall treat other members, the public, other clubs & their members, and motor vehicle operators with courtesy and respect.

Members shall do their best to assist the FRCC in achieving its mission.
